You can easily fill and arrange it right by your garden bench and then move it out into the yard when its ready to show off. Change up its location to follow the sun or suit your mood. Fill it with your tender bulbs and roll them right to shelter when the weather gets cold--now you've avoided the chore of lifting bulbs entirely.
